As an approved Technical Assistance Contractor (TAC) under the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s (RIDEM’s) Master Price Agreement (MPA-309) for environmental assessment services, BETA has conducted the following Targeted Brownfields Assessments (TBA):
- Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments for the Former Frasch’s Bakery at 311 Broadway in Newport. This property consists of a former gasoline service station with known groundwater contamination and possible undocumented USTs.
- Phase I Environmental Site Assessment for a former chemical manufacturer and oil company on Sunnyside Avenue in Woonsocket.
