Mago Point Redevelopment

BETA has been hired by the Town of Waterford for the planning, design and engineering services associated with the redevelopment of Mago Point. This project is an excellent opportunity to enhance the existing waterfront business and recreation area overlooking the Niantic River and Niantic Bay, while also improving recreational opportunities for the public and enhancing economic potential.
The public participation process for this project has been designed to capture and take into account the opinions expressed from area business owners and the neighbors abutting the project area, as well as the business community, other interested groups and organizations. This project has included coordination with Town and State Government Officials, as well as the adjacent village of Niantic.
