Joe has over 30 years of experience in the environmental consulting field, providing a wide range of environmental services to clients in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. Joe serves a key senior role at BETA, directing a diverse staff of scientists, engineers, and risk assessors conducting environmental assessments, site remediation, Brownfields assessments, soil management, regulatory compliance, and indoor air quality assessments.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, as well as a Master of Science in Water Resources from Stanford University. His expertise is clearly seen in the multitude of services he provides for BETA’s clients, including due diligence, site investigation, utility projects, site remediation, brownfield redevelopment, soil management, underground storage tanks/new construction, and regulatory compliance and SPCC plans.
