Joe brings over four decades of leadership and engineering experience specializing in the planning, design, and construction of wastewater collection and treatment facilities. As the former president and CEO, he continues to provide strategic support and oversight and serves on the firm’s Board of Directors.
Joe has been an active member of several industry organizations, including the Rhode Island Chapter of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC-RI), which represents over 40 independent companies engaged in the planning and design of infrastructure projects for public and private clients throughout Rhode Island.
