Dennis Flynn, PE, PTOE

Dennis is an Associate in our Transportation team with over 20 years of experience. Dennis has experience in performing and leading all aspects of traffic planning, analysis, modeling, and design. He has worked with MassDOT, DCR, MBTA, RIDOT, CTDOT, NHDOT, and various municipalities on their transportation projects, including complete streets, bridge replacements, bicycle and pedestrian studies, and safety analyses. Dennis’ experience also includes signage and pavement markings, traffic signals, complete streets, and intelligent transportation systems (ITS). He has extensive experience in the preparation of traffic management plans for various project types, including the development of construction staging plans, and detailed temporary traffic control plans.

Dennis obtained his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Pennsylvania State University, and his Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University.

Dennis supervises our growing traffic group in Norwood, managing and overseeing transportation and traffic engineering projects for MassDOT and other agencies, as well as our municipal clients.
