Beth Scanlon
Senior Vice President
Beth is a Senior Vice President with over 30 years of experience in Accounting and Administration. Beth began her career at BETA in 2000 as the Accounting Manager. Through her dedication, knowledge, and experience, she has greatly contributed to the company’s growth and success. In fact, the firm overall has doubled in size since Beth came on board. She has successfully developed and managed a strong corporate administrative team which allows her to focus on the analytical and strategic aspect of accounting, administrative, and corporate matters. Beth oversees all accounting, human resources, and administrative functions and works with her team to develop systems and procedures that ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Beth also serves as a Trustee on BETA’s 401k Plan as well as BETA’s ESOP Plan. She is a member of the ESOP Association and NCEO, is a regular attendee at ESOP Conferences, and has been invited to share her knowledge of Employee Ownership at an ESOP Association Conference. She also plays a key role in developing policies, guidelines, and programs regarding BETA’s corporate structure and regularly provides counsel to senior management.
Beth is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Beth enjoys spending time with her family, especially during their vacations at Disney World and cruising the warm Caribbean. She is active in her community, having served as a Girl Scout leader for many years and as past President of the North Attleboro High School Friends of Music Booster Club.
