Andy’s core project experience is in the study and design of water and wastewater systems. His experience includes water main cleaning and lining, design of water main replacements, and booster stations. Andy is also experienced in wastewater systems expansion including pipeline designs, pump station designs and retrofits, construction management, and permitting. He has also prepared plans and specifications for numerous public bids as well as prepared financial assistance applications for various public works projects.
Andy was involved in the design and construction oversight of a $30 million water distribution system overhaul in Randolph, MA that included over 42 miles of water main replacement or rehabilitation. Recently, he was the project manager for a $4.5 million water pump station in Needham, MA and a $5 million wastewater pump station in Newburyport, MA.
Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Massachusetts.
When not in the office, Andy can be found hiking or biking with his wife, two daughters, and dog, or on the golf course.
