Kevin M. Aguiar, PE

As a Senior Vice President for BETA, Kevin’s fields of expertise are in the areas of transportation and civil engineering for public and private sector clients. He has been involved in numerous engineering projects with a scope of duties that include highway and roadway design, site design, stormwater management/design, flood mitigation, utility design, environmental permitting, and construction management.

Kevin is a Registered Professional Engineer in Rhode Island, Massachusetts. and Connecticut and serves as one of BETA’s lead technical design professionals.
