BETA draws on our various in-house disciplines to provide expertise to address all City-owned infrastructure needs when proceeding with a project. Multi-discipline projects have included condition surveys, utility replacement/rehabilitation (water, sewer, and drain), roadway and safety improvements, and traffic signal design. Services during construction have included administration, on-site resident representatives, soil/asbestos management, and completion of URAMs.
