BETA Announces Appointment of Mark Gershman as Chief Executive Officer

BETA Group, Inc. (BETA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Gershman, PE, as Chief Executive Officer. This appointment reflects Mark’s exceptional leadership, dedication, and vision, which he has demonstrated during his tenure as BETA’s President and Chief Operating Officer (COO).

As COO, Mark has successfully led the firm’s day-to-day operations, implementing enhanced performance and risk management procedures, fostering a culture of transparency, and improving internal communication. Mark also led efforts to reorganize and expand BETA’s Employee Engagement Committee and strengthened the company’s connection to its external ESOP Trustee and Employee Owners.

In his new role as CEO, President, and COO, Mark will collaborate closely with BETA’s Board of Directors to execute strategic initiatives that ensure sound operational practices and sustainable growth. He will continue to expand his involvement in long-term strategic planning, positioning the firm for continued success and sustainable transition.

Mark succeeds Joseph D’Alesio, PE, who will remain involved as a Senior Executive Advisor and a member of BETA’s Board of Directors, supporting strategic planning, growth initiatives, and leadership transition efforts.
